I know what life feels like when it seems that something’s missing — that despite having it all you still feel dissatisfied.
That was me 27 years ago, when after an extremely challenging and years-long journey to become a mother, I was finally able to have children.
Motherhood brought much joy, fulfillment, and busyness and on the outside, everything looked perfect: I lived in the house of my dreams, my husband was very supportive, and I spent my days homeschooling my boys and studying my passion — nutrition and natural medicine. I went to the gym and the spa and took fun vacations.
Yet I felt an unexplained emptiness. I kept it to myself and felt guilty for my feelings since I had everything I ever thought I wanted!
One thing I knew was that I was supposed to help others heal, so I kept expanding my training. Over the course of 25 years, I compiled an impressive resume: I was a NYS Licensed Nurse, had a BS in Natural Health, started a wellness practice, became certified in nutrition and health coaching, herbalism, fitness training, gemmotherapy, reiki, quantum biofeedback, sound healing, SoulCollage, meditation, yoga, angelic healing, Chakradance, and studied shamanism and plant spirit medicine!
